UpTopper is all about what matters to you. Whether it’s people, music, movies or anything else, this is your chance to shout it out to the world and see how it compares with what matters to other people. You get the chance to propose as many new items as you want and users get to vote for their favourite items. Based on the number of votes they get, items can advance within their respective categories, trying to reach the very top. Every user is encouraged to promote the items they have proposed and/or the items which matter to them, so that like-minded people everywhere could find out about them and vote for them.
Each user can vote for an item only once every 24 hours. If you have already voted for an item, you won’t see the little blue arrow in the top right-hand corner of the item’s image for the next 24 hours. In the meantime, you can of course vote for other items. You have to be logged in when voting in order for your vote to count towards the main poll. If you are not logged in when voting, your vote will count only towards the public poll. And for those curious to see what lurks at the very bottom of the polls, there’s always the option of reversing them.
